From 24 August 2026 we see patients at Paseo de la Castellana, 98, Madrid. If your appointment is on or after that date, please come to this new address.

Before your visit

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for registration.
Bring your ID document and any relevant medical documentation (reports, previous test results, list of medications).
If you are attending a visa medical examination, please follow the specific instructions sent with your appointment confirmation.

How to reach UMA

We are located at C/ Conde de Aranda, nº 1, on the corner with Serrano, Madrid, two blocks from Puerta de Alcalá.

Metro and Cercanías

Metro: Serrano (Line 4) or Retiro (Line 2). Cercanías: Recoletos station connects with any point in the Community of Madrid.

Bus

Lines: 1, 9, 15, 19, 20, 28, 51, 52, 74 and 146 stop at Puerta de Alcalá.

Parking

Entrance: public car parks on C/ Alcalá and C/ Claudio Coello. Pedestrian exit: a short walk away, via Conde de Aranda and Serrano, with direct access to the clinic.
