IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT PETS
Dear patients,
In order to ensure the well-being of everyone at the clinic — both people and animals — we would like to inform you of our policy regarding the presence of pets on the premises:

We kindly ask that pets do not enter the waiting room.

Instead, we invite the patient accompanied by a pet to remain in the lobby area, using the two chairs located next to the entrance door.

If there is a crowd in the reception area, and to prevent the animal from becoming distressed or uncomfortable, we appreciate if the pet and its owner can wait on the outside stairway, whenever possible.

The access of pets to the medical consultation room is at the discretion of the attending healthcare professional.
